Content Protection Policy

Learn from the work. Use it for yourself. Do not copy, leak, sell, or pass it off as yours.

This policy explains the licence you receive and how infringement may be enforced.

1. What this policy protects

The Paid Squad’s original material includes its flywheel, Paid Pillars, Blueprint, frameworks, programme structures, written lessons, scripts, videos, recordings, audio, live-session content, slides, templates, checklists, prompts, tools, diagrams, assessments, copy, website design, graphics, branding, community resources, and compilations. Protection may arise under copyright, trade mark, contract, passing off, confidentiality, unlawful competition, and other applicable law.

Copyright usually exists automatically. A missing copyright symbol does not place material in the public domain.

2. The licence members receive

When you lawfully obtain access, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the material for your own personal or internal business learning. You may use the ideas and skills you learn in your own work.

You do not receive ownership. You do not receive permission to distribute the teaching material, create a competing resource from it, or give anyone else access.

3. Uses that require written permission

  • Copying, reproducing, recording, photographing, screen-capturing, downloading outside provided controls, or republishing substantial material.
  • Sharing login credentials, files, recordings, links, templates, screenshots, prompts, or member-only material.
  • Selling, licensing, teaching, translating, adapting, white-labelling, or creating derivative products from our material.
  • Removing copyright, trade mark, watermark, attribution, access-control, or rights-management information.
  • Scraping the website or member area, building a dataset from it, or using it to train, fine-tune, test, benchmark, or supply an AI system.
  • Presenting our language, structure, method, design, or assets in a way likely to imply that you created them or that we endorsed you.

Short quotation may be lawful in limited circumstances. It must be genuinely necessary, proportionate, properly attributed, and permitted by applicable law. Ask first if you are uncertain.

4. Member names, stories and proof

Member posts, messages, screenshots, photographs, results, work, and personal information remain subject to the rights of those members. You may not copy, publish, contact, identify, exploit, or use a member’s material outside the authorised community context without the required permission.

5. What may happen after infringement

We take deliberate copying, leaking, resale, access sharing, and passing off seriously. Where infringement is suspected, we may preserve account, access, payment, technical, communication, and publication evidence as allowed by law.

We may suspend or terminate access, demand that use stop, require return or destruction of copies, notify employers or contracting entities where legally justified, send takedown or de-indexing notices, contact hosts, marketplaces, social platforms, payment processors, domain providers, or other intermediaries, and seek disclosure orders where available.

We may seek an interdict or injunction, delivery up, damages, additional damages where available, an account of profits, interest, and recovery of legal or investigation costs to the extent a court or applicable law allows. These remedies may be pursued without giving up any other right.

6. Cross-border enforcement

This policy and our contractual relationship are governed by South African law, subject to any mandatory law that applies. Infringement on the internet can create consequences in more than one place.

Where lawful and appropriate, we may instruct counsel or enforcement professionals in the country where an infringer resides, operates, publishes, holds assets, or causes harm. We may pursue proceedings in South Africa and seek relief from another competent court. Any recovery will remain subject to the rules of the relevant courts, including rules against duplicate compensation for the same loss.

7. Preservation and cooperation

You must not destroy, conceal, alter, or encourage another person to destroy relevant records after receiving notice of a suspected infringement. We may ask for written undertakings, information about recipients, removal evidence, and confirmation that copies were deleted.

8. Report infringement or request permission

Email reports@paid-squad.com. Include the original material, the suspected copy, URLs, dates, screenshots, account names, and any other useful evidence.
