1. What The Paid Squad provides

The Paid Squad is an online education and professional-development business operated by Baleseng Co (Pty) Ltd. We help freelancers, consultants, independent professionals and people building remote-income careers strengthen their positioning, visibility, client acquisition, delivery, payment, reputation and long-term career leverage.

Our services are educational. They may include self-paced lessons, templates, workbooks, recorded material, live group sessions, question-and-answer sessions, community participation, progress tools and personalised implementation guidance. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

2. Paid Pillars

Paid Pillars is a digital learning programme built around the nine-stage Paid Squad Flywheel: Get Capital, Get Viewed, Get Interviewed, Get Hired, Get Working, Get Paid, Get Reviewed, Get Growing and Get Agentic.

A purchase may include online lessons, practical exercises, templates, recordings, implementation sessions and live group Q&A. The checkout or offer page will state the current price, programme duration, start date, access period and precise inclusions before payment.

3. Paid Squad Membership

The Paid Squad Membership is a recurring digital membership. It includes access to Paid Pillars, a private member community, live sessions, Q&A, progress or leaderboard features and a Blueprint designed to help the member choose and implement their next income-building actions.

Membership benefits may be delivered on a rolling schedule. The checkout page will state the billing interval and price. Membership continues and renews until it is cancelled.

4. How digital delivery works

Delivery is electronic. After successful payment and any required account verification, the customer receives access instructions through the email address used at checkout. Access may also appear inside the customer’s member account.

Unless the offer states a future cohort or release date, we aim to issue access promptly after confirmed payment. Payment review, an incorrect email address, security checks or a third-party outage may cause a short delay. Customers should contact us if access instructions have not arrived within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

Because no physical goods are sold, no courier, collection or physical shipping fee applies.

5. Live sessions and scheduled delivery

Dates, times, time zones and attendance instructions for live sessions are communicated on the offer page, by email or inside the member area. Customers are responsible for using a suitable device and internet connection and for attending at the stated time.

If we cancel a paid live service and cannot provide a reasonable replacement, replay or rescheduled session, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law. Full details appear in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Cancellation

A customer may cancel a recurring membership at any time before the next renewal by using the cancellation option in their account, where available, or by emailing reports@paid-squad.com from the purchase email address. The request must identify the member and the membership to be cancelled.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not normally reverse a charge already processed. Access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid billing period. One-time programmes do not renew and therefore do not require subscription cancellation.
