1. General rule
Except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to a refund or another remedy, payments to The Paid Squad are final. We do not provide refunds because you changed your mind, became busy, did not attend, did not complete the material, did not use the community, or did not achieve a hoped-for result.
Before buying, review the offer page, dates, inclusions, price, billing period, technical requirements, and these policies. Contact us if something is unclear.
2. Digital programmes and resources
Digital courses, templates, recordings, documents, prompts, tools, and member resources may be made available immediately or according to a release schedule. Once access begins, downloads become available, or protected content is delivered, change-of-mind refunds are not offered except where required by law.
3. Live sessions, cohorts and events
Your purchase may reserve limited teaching, review, community, or live-session capacity. Missing a session does not create a refund right. Where practical, we may provide a recording, replacement session, or other reasonable alternative, but this is not guaranteed unless the offer says so.
If we cancel a paid event or programme and do not provide a reasonable replacement, we will offer the remedy required by law. This may include a refund for the undelivered portion.
4. Recurring memberships and cancellation
You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date to prevent future charges. Use the cancellation option in your account, where available, or email reports@paid-squad.com from the email address used for the purchase. Include your full name and the membership you want cancelled.
Cancellation takes effect for future renewals. It does not normally refund the current billing period. Access continues until the end of that paid period unless access is terminated for a serious breach.
Failure to cancel before renewal, lack of use, or forgetting about a subscription does not create a refund right. If you believe a charge was made after a valid cancellation, send proof so we can investigate.
5. Faulty, misdescribed or unavailable service
If we materially fail to provide what was sold, contact us promptly with the order details and evidence of the issue. We may investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, correct the issue, repeat the service, provide a reasonable substitute, issue credit, or provide a refund where the law requires it.
Temporary maintenance, a third-party outage, a minor schedule change, or a problem caused by your device, connection, account settings, or failure to follow reasonable instructions will not normally justify a refund.
6. Your legal rights remain
This policy does not remove a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. The Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act may create rights in particular circumstances. Exceptions and limits can apply to digital content, services already begun with consent, personalised services, and time-specific bookings.
Where mandatory law conflicts with this policy, the mandatory law applies to the extent of the conflict.
7. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact us first so we can investigate. Filing a dishonest or abusive chargeback may breach our Terms of Service. We may provide the payment provider with purchase records, access records, acceptance of terms, communications, and delivery evidence where lawful.
8. How to request a review
Email reports@paid-squad.com with your full name, purchase email, order date, item purchased, payment reference, reason, and supporting evidence. We may request information needed to verify the purchase and assess the request.
